This Trinity townhouse, once operating as a bed and breakfast, underwent a complete transformation to become a stunning family home.
We began by fully stripping out the property before embarking on a thorough renovation. One of the key structural changes was the removal of the roof from the side extension, which allowed us to raise the ceiling height by over 2 metres. This significant change created the perfect space for the installation of large Crittall rear doors, flooding the home with natural light and connecting the interior seamlessly to the garden. Additionally, we reconfigured the ground floor by creating a large opening between the dining room and kitchen, a structural challenge that greatly improved the flow of the space. The result is a beautifully modernised home that combines functionality with aesthetic appeal. The redesign has completely transformed the property, turning it into a spacious and inviting family home that perfectly meets the needs of its new owners.
