This large Victorian villa, previously in a unloved state, underwent a complete transformation under our careful management.
We handled all aspects of the planning process, including listed building and warrant applications, ensuring that the home’s historic integrity was preserved while meeting modern standards. The renovation involved a comprehensive overhaul, including new electrical and plumbing systems, the installation of double-glazed traditional sash and case windows, new flooring throughout, and complete re-roofing. In addition to the house, we built a new three-car garage with ample storage space above and successfully gained approval for a driveway that had previously been refused. The garden was also entirely reworked, with a full redesign and replanting that has revitalised the outdoor space. The end result is a beautifully restored and fully modernised family home that blends the charm of the Victorian era with all the comforts of contemporary living. The transformation has not only breathed new life into the villa itself but has also reinvigorated the entire property, creating a stunning, functional home for years to come.
